Additional
Information about the Print
A plate in progress.
The
half tones were created by painting nitric acid,
which reacts quite quickly and visibly, directly
onto the steel plate.
Jeff
is also making ongoing variations on the motif
(see the following item). He had begun with various
subjects related to the fences and backgardens
of the terrace in which he lives, in 2011, of
which there are examples earlier in the exhibition. |
