Signed in pencil at the blank foot of the plate. Published by H C Dickins. Printed with plate tone on cream wove paper. One pale fox mark, mount-staining and other small defects in the margins of the sheet.

Additional Information about the Print

Exhibited at the Fine Art Society 1924 group show of Etchings.

The Gibbs church of St. Mary-le-Strand , a corner of Somerset House and the Gaiety Theatre covered in scaffolding. The theatre, like many of those once in the Strand, has since been pulled down. Today Citibank House is on the site.

One of the six subjects comprising the London 'set'.
(EH-L 120-125).
