Information about the Print
Helen was the young daughter of Dunstan Pruden, a silversmith at Ditching, member of the Guild of St Joseph & St Dominic, who by 1956 ran a little stall in Brighton School of Art. He had taught Michael silversmithing at Brighton School of Art in 1945-47.
An early example of a later favourite theme: studies of girls with cats.
